Not Toyota Badisco, but related to insurance company - Scheduled or planned pickup was set (in the Confirmation form, at 08:30am) - When reality (Dealer) has its own timing agenda. I was waiting on Pickup day (replacement car) 1hr. Having to re-schedule for next day pickup. Once agreed between (me) and (Dealer) expectation was understood and after pickup, all was great!. Thank you.

Excellent service! It was easy to make the appointment, very friendly staff, car was picked up dropped off on the agreed time and date. The owner of the dealership noticed that the car was due for a service contacted me to offer do to the maintenance at the same time. I am satisfied with the repair and service. Customer service wise, something they might think of to even further better their service is car wash services before deliver the car back to the owner, an extra service which the customer wouldn't expect will put a smile on the customer's face.
