Hello, My wife went for the appointment because I was abroad. She was shocked by the poor professionalism of staff in the office. Indeed, they ignored her for 10 mins then was told that no appointment were done for any repair and she was wrong. Finally, after strong push, staff finally admit that appointment was arranged. The mbr of the staff was very rude and unprofessional (for eg; not replying to her, ignoring her when asking question). I am senior Manager in Toyota Europe and I feel very bad about this situation. I hope this poor practice will be fixed but I am also considering informing NMSC manager how bad Toyota service is in some garage.
