Had trouble with getting a replacement car - so ended up accepting not having the car even though I was covered for it - and ended up having to pick up the car myself, despite also having the pick up service. Otherwise, would need to wait 4 more calendar days. Nevertheless, the assistant was helpful and proposed to split the cost of the taxi so there was some flexibility on their side.

Very satisfied with the repair, very helpful and friendly staff . Fixico told me 3 days repair. End of day 3 I did call Vannerum to know at which time they would bring my car back; They told me it would be for the day after . The day after I didn't had any news, so I did call back again and they had planned to bring me the car back day 5 . But I needed my car back , so they could find a driver to bring it back later in the afternoon . It was not 100 % clear if they would inform me when they would bring the car > communication could be improved .

The repair was 1day later, but they informed via the Phone. This had no impact for me as the car could still drive. During the repair they were friendly and the repair itself was quick.

- Staff was "cold", not really friendly at the first contact when leaving my car there. - Received a call to tell me that the car will be ready at an exact hour but received another call after the due time to say it would be available only the next day. I would have prefered that they take their time and not misslead me on my planning. + Other call contacts were very friendly. + Getting my car back was all fine aswell.

Réparation parfaite. Voiture totalement nettoyée. Le délai de 2 jours a été doublé, mais sans réel incidence vu la voiture de remplacement mise à disposition. Seul petit couac, le problème de communication entre Fixco et le carrossier qui a fait que le rendez-vous initial a été déplacé de 1 jour.
