Montana provides the worst service as I've seen in all my life. Never experiment such situation before. I scheduled the repairing 3 months. W/o pre-noticing me, I was informed by chance that repair would not occur. A new date was proposed (15/11). I received a confirmation on 14/11 that repairing would occur on 15/11. I brought the car to Technical Center and nobody came to collect my car. And no feed-back saying apologizes for this situation. I will escalate this situation within TME because I experiment what the Toyota clients might experiment. Very bad, sorry to say.

Er zijn 2 parts die niet vervangen zijn aan de bumper, dus deze hebben nog altijd schade. wat is hiervoor de reden?

This was the first time for me to experience other garage than Toyota city Zaventem. I am very happy that Montana garage offers a service of pick up and return while I am working in the office. This is not what Toyota city Zaventem does.

Les pièces ne sont pas emboîtées correctement, il manque un clip. Je n'avais pas le temps alors je suis partie sans leur dire mais j'ai fait des photos. Donc la réparation n'est pas bien faites mais le service et l'accueil étaient excellents.

These are some tips to improve: - always send a reminder 1 wd before to confirm pick up timing and modality - always check after service if everything is right - always deliver the car after service adequately avoiding the customer is obliged to search for the car in your parking area dedicated to new car stock - always provide an estimation of serviced car confirming one dey in advance

Repair took a week instead of 4 days, the car was returned with a strong smell of fresh paint, courtesy car was delivered low on fuel and with under-inflated tyres. It was a very old base grade Yaris, not exactly a proper replacement for a RAV4

Une petite réserve par rapport au fait que j'avais demandé un Quick Fix et n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. J'ai donc dû rouler pendant plusieurs semaines avec un véhicule dangereux. L'application Fixico devrait intégrer cela. Par ailleurs j'ai reçu un mail de Fixico me disant que la réparation serait plus longue que prévue, alors qu'elle ne l'a pas été, ce qui a posé problème pour fixer le rendez-vous de remise du véhicule réparé.

De reparatie is goed uitgevoerd en op schema. De communicatie over wanneer de auto klaar ging zijn en hoe deze teruggebracht ging worden was niet goed. Alles is goed verlopen. De auto werd opgehaald en terug gebracht op het afgesproken moment. Er werd een vervangwagen voorzien. (Het brandstof niveau van de vervangwagen was wel laag) De herstelling werd goed uitgevoerd en de auto werd proper terug gebracht.

- As a general it was a good experience. - There was a demonstration car between reception and entry, blocking customers to easily go to reception desk. - Workers are very nice and helpful. - Mine is company car but for me also better to have a paper or mail that confirming I delivered my car to Montana at that date and expected delivery is at that date, delivered by that person, etc... But my case is nothing just verbal information. - Again as my previous experience, when I receive back my car, there was no explanation. What happened to my car, which repairs Montana applied. - Washing of my car is a nice move. But I wish wash inside also not only outside :)

Everything worked perfect. Only thing was the quite old replacement car with vibrations and a steering wheel not pointing straight. I know, just details and maybe a coincidence, but something to check and also consider a younger replacement car fleet, which is a great used car generator.
